Your servers MUST allow WP Umbrella IP addresses to contact your server for our maintenance. Additionally, we will install a whitelabeled version of the WP Umbrella plugin on your clients website. This plugin can be hidden, or be whitelabeled with your information. Additionally, a dashboard can be included with your information for an additional fee. See an example of ours here.

Can you remove the branding of my CMS?
This depends on your CMS, typically with the most popular CMS softwares we are able to. For example, with WordPress we can fully remove all branding and replace it with your branding. If you are using a different CMS please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
Agencies are required to pay via Stripe ACH via our billing system. For amounts over $2,000 we may setup an alternate payment method such as direct bank transfer or check by mail. However, all billing will still take place via our billing system.
Can I fully style your hosting?
Yes, you can fully remove the branding of cPanel, WHM, Softaculous, and even use your own nameservers. You can also setup your own automated billing system just like us. We are happy to provide you a free consultation on what is available.
Can you host my clients for me?
Yes, however unless you have purchased reseller hosting and have your own billing system, they will see our branding. For whitelabeling your clients hosting, we recommend utilizing our reseller hosting. If you need an automated billing system, we recommend our second tier as we will provide you a free WHMCS license.
Can you use something other than WP Umbrella?
We are happy to discuss options for maintaining your clients in bulk. However, please note that utilizing a bulk management system such as WP Umbrella allows us to reduce our pricing as it reduces the number of hours required to offer support. Additionally, software other than WP Umbrella may not allow us to provide the same set of services we ususally provide with our maintenance. We will provide you with a quote for utilizing your preferred software.
We don't have enough sites for the minimum!
We understand that not all agencies will onboard enough clients to meet a companies minimum. We are still happy to work with you but you will not be able to take advantage of our bulk discount until you hit our discount minimum. Please contact us for pricing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. All agencies will be required to sign a contract and must agree to our Terms of Service. All contracts have a 30 day out, and have a client minimum. Each contract is custom written to your agency. If you have any questions or would like to discuss options for your agency please contact us.
